This year was the first year of the Dextro World Championship Series in ITU triathlon and on the whole it was a great success. It was able to bring more publicity and money into the sport and grow the sport world-wide by hosting races in major, iconic cities. At the world championship finale they should this video to the athletes at the athletes meeting and I think everyone was really impressed, and honestly really psyched up to go race. I think the Brian Mahoney and the rest of the people in charge of publicity and media for the series did an outstanding job for a first year series and I think it will be that much better in years to come. More major cities, prize money, and publicity for the sport. Check it out:
